This workshop is designed specifically for Recovery Centers, but could be useful for any group looking to explore and encourage communication, mindfulness, relaxation, positive behaviors, and FUN!

A Visual Thinking Strategies session (which gets the whole group looking at art, but more importantly-listening to each other and building a discussion) is coupled with a hands-on artmaking session. No previous experience is required!
