June 12: 'School's Out!'

Please join us for 'School's Out!' at 2:00pm on Wednesday June 12th.  American education was transformed in the 1940s. At all levels it became better organized, better funded, and more standardized across the country. We are going to see what some schools were like in the 40's and 50's (and hear some of your stories!) and then talk about a favorite time of year for most children..Summer! You can also expect to see some warm and colorful paintings and hear some summertime songs. Hope to see you there!
