Anyone can develop artistic skills with good instruction and practice. Come join us in a supportive environment and earn to draw! This is a great place to begin (or refresh) your experience with drawing.

We will use a variety of drawing materials (all materials are supplied), including charcoal, pastels, graphite, and ink, as we meander our way through concepts like mark making, contour line, values (shading), improving observational skills, and composition.

This is an introductory class. It’s best for adult beginners with no experience, or people who have previously done some drawing but feel ‘rusty.’ We meet for five sessions. Each session includes a mix of whole group instruction (12 students maximum) and individual feedback.  Hope to see you there!  Cost $50 for a five week session. Preregistration is required.
